We're a nonprofit organization dedicated to making the sport of pickleball accessible, inclusive, and empowering for individuals of all ages and backgrounds—especially children. We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to experience the physical, social, and emotional benefits of this growing sport.Our mission is to eliminate barriers to participation by providing affordable access to equipment, safe playing spaces, and quality instruction. We partner with schools, community centers, and local organizations to bring pickleball programs directly to underserved communities, fostering a love for active living and teamwork.Through education, mentorship, and community engagement, Pickleball 4 ALL strives to create a positive and welcoming environment where youth can develop lifelong skills, build confidence, and experience the joy of play—on and off the court.

As a certified 501(c)3 organization proudly founded by passionate pickleball players , our goal is to make pickleball more accessible for more people. And that's all we do, everyday.
Pickleball has had a life-changing impact on our family — especially for our 15-year-old son, Yaziel. What began as a simple introduction to a new sport has grown into a meaningful experience, thanks in large part to the love and support of his Grandma, Susana, and the guidance we’ve received along the way.Through pickleball, Yaziel has grown in ways we never expected. He’s developed confidence, sharpened his focus, and learned the value of discipline and teamwork. Watching him come out of his shell, push through challenges, and start believing in himself — both on and off the court — has been truly inspiring.But perhaps the greatest gift has been the bond between Grandma and her grandsons. Pickleball has given them something special — a shared passion that brings joy, laughter, and meaningful time together. Whether it’s a casual match or cheering each other on, the connection they’ve built through this game is something we’ll always treasure.We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported our journey — from the local pickleball community to the coaches and players who’ve encouraged Yaziel along the way. The impact this sport has had on our son and our family is something we’ll never forget.
Meet Founder Paul Roberts
Paul loves every aspect of Pickleball. He believes the strong community, physical movement, competitive spirit, and emotional benefits have the ability to transform a person’s life. He is a Certified Coach and avid tournament player. He has been in the Financial Industry for 20+ years and currently works as a VP, Senior Financial Consultant for Charles Schwab empowering his clients to fulfill their dreams. He has proudly served our nation for 20 years and is a Major in the United States Army Reserve for the 91st Training Division. He is an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. Paul is married to his beautiful bride Talia and they have three amazing children, Sydney, Macie, and Rhett. While he is not busy doing all of the above, he also loves to volunteer for Junior Achievement of Arizona.
Meet Founder Sara Pascoe
Sara is a devoted stay-at-home mom to two incredible children, Piper and Hudson, and is married to her wonderful husband, Travis. She has had the opportunity to live all over the United States, which has allowed her to explore a variety of job experiences, each one contributing to the wide range of perspectives and skills she brings to both her personal life and community involvement. Whether she’s carpooling the kids, cheering from the sidelines, or spending time with family and friends, Sara is known for showing up with heart and enthusiasm. She’s an avid sports enthusiast who loves pickleball for its inclusivity and its unique ability to bring people of all ages and skill levels together. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and engaging in causes that matter to her.
